I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic for anyone wanting to explore Manhattan with easy access to Times Square and Central Park. Unfortunately, the rooms were quite small and felt a bit run-down, which dampened the stay a bit. The service from the staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful.

The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, and mine felt a bit claustrophobic as it had no natural light coming in. The decor was somewhat scruffy with signs of wear.
